We first met in 2014 at Trinity Church in Perth, where our shared love of music, Jesus, and watching weird YouTube videos sparked the start of a beautiful friendship.

We got to know each other through our church youth group and began chatting on Facebook pretty much every day after that. Our bond grew naturally over the next few years.

We loved spending time together, going to gigs, introducing each other to our favourite bands, and building an unbreakable connection.

Although we became best friends very quickly, we didn’t start dating until 2019. By that point, it just made sense!

We’ve made lots of incredible memories together, including a whirlwind weekend to Milan to surprise our friend Blair, a trip to London to see our all-time favourite band, and even playing a few dream gigs together.

At the end of 2023, we bought our first home together, and in 2024, we got engaged on a perfect spring evening at Tentsmuir Beach.

In May 2025, that becomes forever!
